4. Content Moderation

All submitted groups undergo approval before appearing publicly on the platform. We may reject submissions that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Contain misleading or false information
• Link to inactive or non-existent communities
• Are duplicates of existing listings
• Are determined to be spam or low-quality

5. Third-Party Communities

Frostbeacon acts as a directory and discovery platform for third-party communities. We do not own, operate, or control the communities listed on our platform.

When you join a community through Frostbeacon, you are subject to the rules, terms, and moderation of that specific community and its platform (WhatsApp, Signal, Discord, Telegram, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, behavior, or policies within these third-party communities.

6. User Accounts

To submit community groups, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

The Frostbeacon platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Frostbeacon and protected by intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to Frostbeacon (such as group descriptions and metadata), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content and may request its removal at any time through our Contact Page.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FROSTBEACON MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:

• The accuracy, reliability, or quality of community listings
• The availability or uptime of the Service
• The safety or legality of third-party communities
• The behavior of community moderators or members

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROSTBEACON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You use third-party communities at your own risk. We recommend exercising caution when sharing personal information online.
